Drawstring bags are simple, light and practical. They fold flat for packing into event kits, then open into a small backpack for shoes, swimming gear, books or a water bottle. That makes them a favourite for school sports days, fun-run race packs, sports clubs, holiday programmes, church youth camps and brand activations where you want people to carry your logo around all day.
We supply drawstring bags in polyester, non-woven and cotton options and print them with your logo or event design. Request a quote with your quantity and artwork using the form on this page, or upload your list if you need different colours for teams or houses. Your quote arrives by email with Accept online and pay buttons.

Popular uses
Schools hand out drawstring bags for sports kit and library books, often in house colours alongside school wear. Fun runs and charity races use them for race packs with sponsor logos. Sports clubs give them to junior players with their sports kits. Brands use them at expos and activations, filled with samples, a water bottle and a flyer.
Printing your logo
Most drawstring bags are printed on the front panel. Full-colour designs can be printed with DTF printing, while simple one-colour logos may be done in vinyl. Very large runs can be quoted for screen printing. Keep the design clear and bold, as the fabric is light and slightly textured. We send a digital proof before production.
Planning a race or event pack
If you're putting together event packs, plan everything on one quote: the bags, event T-shirts, flyers and any printed race numbers or tickets. It keeps the branding consistent and means one collection or delivery. Order well before your event date, as turnaround is confirmed on your quote.
Good to know before you order
Wipe or hand wash drawstring bags in cool water and let them air dry to keep the print looking good for longer.

Common questions
What can fit in a drawstring bag?
A standard drawstring bag comfortably holds a towel, a water bottle, a T-shirt and a few small items. If you need a larger bag for shoes or books, mention it on your quote request and we'll suggest a suitable size.
Can I order different colours for different teams?
Yes. Give us the quantity per colour on your quote request or uploaded list, and we'll price each colour as a separate line. The same logo can be used across all colours.
Are drawstring bags strong enough for school use?
For daily school use, choose bags with reinforced corners and a thicker fabric. For once-off events, lighter bags are fine and more economical. We'll advise when we quote. We'll confirm the details on your quote before anything is produced.
How do I order?
Use the quote form on this page with your bag type, colours, quantity and artwork, or upload your list. We email a quote you can accept online, and accepting it creates your invoice.
