Greeting cards are printed on card, scored and folded so they open neatly, and can be supplied with envelopes. Turnaround depends on size, card and finishing and is confirmed on your quote. Your quote arrives by email with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates the invoice. Several designs can be quoted together in one request.

Corporate cards for year-end
If you send cards to clients each December, plan early. Choose a design, confirm the inside wording and signatures, and get your list of recipients together. Printing the company's message inside saves hours of writing. Pair cards with calendars or corporate gifts for key clients, and use upload your list to send everything in one request. Larger runs are covered on bulk and corporate orders.
Ordering cards in time also leaves room for courier delivery to branches in other provinces.
Design, proofs and colour
Send PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG with 3 mm bleed, laid out as a flat sheet with front, back and inside panels. Our design services team can set up the template for you. You approve a digital proof before production. Colours on screen and on card can look slightly different, so mention it if a colour must match your brand closely.
Collection and delivery
Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address. Further afield, we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight.
Common questions
Can you print a message inside the card?
Yes. Send the inside wording with your artwork, or ask for it to be left blank for handwritten notes. Check the message carefully on the proof, because spelling is your responsibility once approved.
Do the cards come with envelopes?
Mention envelopes in your quote request and we will include them. Plain or printed envelopes can be quoted, and printed ones can match your card design and return address. Business customers can reorder the same design next year from their portal.
Can I print several designs in one order?
Yes. Many businesses and fundraisers order a mix of designs. Tell us the number of designs and quantity of each, and we will quote the set and send a proof for every design.
When should I order corporate festive cards?
As early as you can before year-end, because design, wording and signatures take time to finalise. Turnaround is confirmed on your quote, so include the date you need them in your request.
Can you add our team's signatures?
Yes. Send clear scans or photos of each signature on white paper and we place them inside the card. You will see the layout on your digital proof before production.
