Instant pricing
Instant Printing Quote
Choose your options and see your price straight away.
Use the calculator on this page to price a job in seconds. Pick a product, choose the size, material and finish, enter your quantity and the price excl. VAT updates on screen. When you are happy, upload your artwork or tick "design it for me", add it to the cart and pay online by card or instant EFT via PayFast or Yoco. There is nothing to sign up for first.
Prefer a formal document for approval or a purchase order? Request a formal quote from the same calculator. It is emailed to you with Accept online and pay buttons; accepting creates your invoice so we can start production as soon as payment and artwork are in. It is the quickest route for company approvals.
How the instant quote works
The calculator mirrors the options on each product page, so the price you see is the price you pay, excl. VAT.
- Choose your product and options
- Enter your quantity and see the price excl. VAT
- Upload artwork, or tick "design it for me"
- Add to cart and pay, or request a formal quote
- Approve your digital proof before production
Products you can price instantly
Calculators are live on many products, including business cards, flyers, posters, booklets, labels and stickers, pull-up banners, teardrop flags, correx boards and T-shirt printing.
T-shirt pricing includes the set-up fee per print position, and you can choose cotton weights of 160, 180, 250 or 300gsm. Need design? The design services calculator prices that separately.
When you need a quote instead
Some products depend on site measurements, installation or special materials, so they are quoted. Use the quote form on those product pages with your quantity and artwork, or upload your list in Excel, Word, PDF or a photo. Larger runs can go through bulk and corporate orders.
Turnaround
Choose same-day printing on eligible products when cleared payment and approved press-ready artwork are in by 09:00 on a business day; same-day is collection only from Rivonia and is a priority attempt. 24-hour printing is available on many products. Other turnarounds are confirmed on your order or quote.
Collect or deliver
Collect free from our Rivonia store, or choose delivery at checkout: free within 15 km of the store if your address qualifies, or courier nationwide priced by parcel weight. See delivery and collection.
Common questions
Is the instant price final?
The price shown is for the options and quantity you choose, excl. VAT. VAT and any delivery cost are added at checkout. If you change options or quantity after ordering, the price is recalculated and confirmed before production.
Can I get the instant price as a PDF quote?
Yes. Request a formal quote from the calculator and we email it to you with Accept online and pay buttons. Accepting the quote creates your invoice, which is useful when your company needs paperwork before paying.
How do I pay?
Pay online by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco. Whether you pay in full or a deposit depends on the order value, and the How to Order page explains the payment terms in plain language.
What if my product isn't in the calculator?
Use the quote form on that product page with your quantity and artwork, or upload your list in Excel, Word, PDF or as a photo. We price it and email a quote with Accept online and pay buttons.
Does the instant quote include artwork checks?
Yes. Every order gets a digital proof for approval before production. We check files for print problems such as low resolution or missing 3 mm bleed, and let you know if anything needs fixing before we print.
