Rush My Prints lets bursars, administrators and PTA members order quickly. Many items, such as flyers, posters and booklets, have an instant price calculator on their own pages, and anything else can be quoted.
The simplest way to order a term's printing is to send the full list through upload your list as an Excel, Word or PDF file, or a photo. We quote every item together, and the quote arrives with Accept online and pay buttons. Schools that order regularly get a business portal with quotes, invoices, statements and reorders.

Same-day help for urgent notices
When a notice or programme is needed today, flyers, posters and booklets are same-day products. Pay and approve press-ready artwork by 09:00 on a business day, and we make a priority attempt to have the order ready for collection at our Rivonia store that afternoon. Same-day is collection only and not guaranteed. Many products are also available as 24-hour printing, confirmed at checkout.
Design support
Not every school has a designer on staff. Our design services team can create newsletter templates, certificates, programmes and banners using the school crest and colours, so everything looks consistent. You approve a digital proof before production, and spelling of learners' names is the school's responsibility once approved.
Templates are kept on file, so next term's newsletters and certificates only need new content.
Collection and delivery
Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address. Further afield, we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight. See our schools page for more ideas.
Common questions
Can the school get a formal quote for the finance office?
Yes. Request a quote from any product page or upload your full list. The quote is emailed with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates the invoice for the school's records.
Can you print certificates with every learner's name?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet of names and we merge them into the certificate design. You check the proof before printing, and the school is responsible for spelling once it is approved.
Do you print school T-shirts and sports kits?
Yes. Our apparel pages cover school wear, sports kits and event T-shirts. T-shirts start at a minimum of 10, with DTF printing for full-colour designs and screen printing for very large runs.
What can be done on the same day?
Flyers, posters, booklets, business cards, banners, NCR books, stationery and DTF or vinyl T-shirts on stock garments are same-day products, subject to the 09:00 payment and artwork cut-off, with collection in Rivonia.
Can the PTA order separately from the school?
Yes. The PTA can place its own orders or request its own quotes. If you want them on a separate business portal, mention it when you first order. Each order keeps its own quotes and invoices.
