Booklets carry more than a single sheet can: a church service programme, a training manual, a product guide, a school prospectus or a memorial programme. On this page you can price your booklet in seconds. Choose the size, page count, paper and quantity in the calculator and the price excl. VAT updates with every change, so you can find the right balance before you order.
Booklets are one of our same-day products. If your payment has cleared and your press-ready artwork is approved by 09:00 on a business day, we make a priority attempt to have them ready for collection at our Rivonia store the same day. Same-day orders are collection only. Many products, booklets included, are also available as 24-hour printing, confirmed at checkout.

Setting up a booklet file
Stapled booklets are built in multiples of four pages, so plan for that when you write content; blank pages at the back are fine. Supply one PDF with pages in reading order rather than spreads arranged for printing, add 3 mm bleed and keep text clear of the spine and the trim. Our artwork guidelines cover margins and image resolution.
Popular uses
Churches order booklets for services, conferences and hymn sheets; see our church printing page. Schools use them for prospectuses and prize-giving programmes on our school printing page. Businesses use them for manuals, menus and price lists. For heavier, glossier publications, look at magazines or catalogues.
Delivery and collection
Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address. Courier delivery is available nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced by parcel weight at checkout.
Common questions
Can booklets be printed on the same day?
Yes, booklets are a same-day product. Pay and approve press-ready artwork by 09:00 on a business day and we make a priority attempt to have them ready for collection in Rivonia that afternoon. It is not a guarantee, and same-day is collection only.
Why must my page count be a multiple of four?
A stapled booklet is made from sheets folded in half, and each sheet gives four pages. If your content runs to 10 pages, plan for 12 and use the extra pages for notes, contacts or a back cover.
Can you lay out my booklet from a Word document?
Yes. Tick "design it for me" or price the work on our Design Services page. We turn your text and images into a print-ready layout and send a digital proof for your approval.
Do you print funeral programmes?
Yes. Many families order memorial programmes as booklets. Send your text and photos with a clear deadline, check the proof carefully, and choose same-day where the cut-off allows, remembering that same-day orders are collected in Rivonia.
