Brakpan has a close-knit, practical character, with tradespeople, family businesses, churches and schools making up much of the local economy. The print orders we see are equally practical: invoice books for a plumber, a banner for a hardware store, programmes for a church service, a sign for a school gate. You can order all of it online and have it couriered to you.
Our collection point is the Rivonia store, which is where same-day orders are picked up. For most Brakpan customers, ordering a day ahead and choosing courier is easier, with the price worked out at checkout by parcel weight. Every price on the site is shown excl. VAT, and you can pay by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco.
For trades and contractors
Tradespeople rely on a few essentials that need restocking regularly:
- Invoice and quote books
- Business cards for every job
- Vehicle magnets for the bakkie
- Branded workwear and reflective vests
- Site boards for building jobs
Church and community
Brakpan's congregations order programmes, posters, banners and event T-shirts. For larger conferences, booklets and lanyards are popular. Our churches page shows what others typically order.
Prefer to send everything at once? Use our upload your list page with an Excel, Word, PDF or photo of your list, and we will quote the lot in one formal quote that your church council can approve online.
Timing
Same-day: cleared payment and approved press-ready artwork by 09:00 on a business day, collection only at Rivonia, and a priority attempt rather than a promise. Next day: 24-hour printing is available on many products and is confirmed at checkout, which pairs well with courier delivery to Brakpan so nobody has to make the trip. Everything else: turnaround confirmed on the order or quote.
Common questions
Can I reorder invoice books with new numbers?
Yes. Business customers can reorder from the portal and tell us the new starting number. If you are new to us, upload a photo of your current book and we will quote and set it up.
Do vehicle magnets come off easily?
Vehicle magnets are designed to be removed and refitted on flat steel panels, which makes them handy for vehicles used for work and personal driving. Request a quote with the size you need.
Can you deliver to a PostNet in Brakpan?
PostNet is one of our courier options, along with The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, Aramex and Paxi. Choose your option at checkout, where the price is calculated by parcel weight.
Is there a design charge if I only have a rough idea?
Design work is priced on our design services page calculator. Send your rough idea, wording and logo, and we will prepare the artwork and send a proof for approval before printing.
