A business card is still the quickest way to leave your name, number and brand with someone after a meeting, a site visit or an expo. At Rush My Prints you can price and order your cards on this page without waiting for anyone to reply to an email. Pick your quantity and finish, see the instant price excl. VAT, upload your artwork and pay online.
Business cards are one of our same-day products. If your payment has cleared and your press-ready artwork is approved by 09:00 on a business day, we make a priority attempt to have the cards ready for collection at our Rivonia store the same afternoon. Need a little more time? Many products, business cards included, can also be ordered as 24-hour printing, confirmed at checkout.

If your company needs paperwork first, use the same calculator to request a formal quote. It arrives by email with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates your invoice.

Getting your artwork right
Send a PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG with 3 mm bleed on every edge, and keep important text away from the trim line. We send a digital proof for your approval before anything is printed, so check names, titles, numbers and spelling carefully. Our artwork guidelines explain bleed and safe zones in more detail.
No design yet? Our design services page has its own calculator for layout work, from a simple text card to a full logo-led design.
Cards for the whole team
Ordering for several staff members? Put the names and details into a spreadsheet and send it through upload your list. We will quote the full set together, and business customers can keep quotes, invoices and reorders in one portal so the next new starter's cards take a couple of clicks. Pair your cards with matching letterheads and compliment slips for a consistent look.
Collection and delivery
Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address for you. Further afield, we courier nationwide with The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight. Remember that same-day orders are collection only.
