A raffle is one of the simplest ways for a school, church, sports club or charity to raise funds. The tickets need to be numbered correctly, easy to tear off and simple to sell. We print raffle tickets with a matching counterfoil for the buyer's name and number, bound into books that sellers can carry. Request a quote using the form on this page.
Tell us how many tickets you need, how many go in each book and what you want printed on them. Turnaround depends on the numbering and binding and is confirmed on your quote. Your quote arrives by email with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates the invoice.
How our raffle tickets are set up
Each ticket has two parts: the counterfoil, which stays in the book with the buyer's name and phone number, and the ticket, which the buyer keeps. Both halves carry the same number.
- Sequential numbering on ticket and counterfoil
- Perforation between the two parts
- Bound in books of a set number of tickets
- Prize list, draw date and organiser on the ticket
- One colour or full colour
What to print on the ticket
Include the organisation's name, what the raffle supports, the prizes, the ticket price, the draw date and venue, and a contact number. On the counterfoil, leave lines for the buyer's name and phone number. Fundraising raffles can have legal requirements, so check what applies to your organisation; we print the details you supply. Our design services team can lay it out and send a proof.
Planning the fundraiser
Work out how many sellers you have and how many tickets each can realistically sell, then choose the book size. Order posters to advertise the prizes and a pull-up banner for the draw itself. Schools and churches will find more ideas on our school printing and church printing pages.

Common questions
Do the tickets come in books?
Yes. Raffle tickets are bound into books so sellers can tear off each ticket and keep the counterfoil. Tell us how many tickets you want per book and the total number of books.
Can numbering continue across books?
Yes. Numbering runs in sequence through all the books, so book one might hold the first batch of numbers and book two the next. Give us your starting number in the quote request.
Can you add our prize list?
Yes. Send the prize list with your artwork or wording. Keep it short so it fits comfortably, and check it carefully on the proof, as content is your responsibility once approved.
Can you design the raffle tickets?
Yes. Mention it in your quote request or price the layout on our Design Services page. We set out the ticket and counterfoil, number them and send a digital proof for approval.
How do we pay for the order?
Your quote is emailed with Accept online and pay buttons. Accepting it creates the invoice, and you can pay by card or instant EFT. Orders are paid before production starts.
