The short version: many products have an instant price calculator showing prices excl. VAT; you upload artwork, pay online and approve a proof before we print. Same-day printing is available on selected products for collection from our Rivonia store, and we courier nationwide. Business customers also get a portal with quotes, invoices, statements and reorders.
Pricing and quotes
Many product pages have an instant price calculator. Choose options and quantity, see the price excl. VAT, then add to cart or request a formal quote. Quotes are emailed with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting creates the invoice. For several items, upload your list as Excel, Word, PDF or a photo.
Payment
Pay online by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco.
- Orders under R5 000: pay in full before production
- Orders of R5 000 or more: pay a 65% deposit, or in full, before production
- Any balance is due before collection or dispatch
- Prices are excl. VAT; VAT is added at checkout
Turnaround
Same-day printing needs cleared payment and approved press-ready artwork by 09:00 on a business day, is collection only from Rivonia, and is a priority attempt rather than a guarantee. 24-hour printing is available on many products, confirmed at checkout. Other turnarounds are confirmed on your order or quote. See the rush order terms.
T-shirts
The minimum is 10 shirts. We use DTF printing for 10 to 999 shirts, screen printing from 1 000 shirts (quoted) and sublimation for polyester sportswear (quoted). Cotton tees come in 160, 180, 250 and 300gsm, and print positions include front, back, left chest and sleeves, from A6 to A2. See T-shirt printing.
Artwork, proofs and collection
Send PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG files with 3 mm bleed; our artwork guidelines explain more. Every order gets a digital proof, and once you approve it you are responsible for spelling and details. Common questions
Do you offer same-day printing?
Yes, on flyers, business cards, posters, pull-up, X and PVC banners, DTF or vinyl T-shirts on stock garments, booklets, NCR books and stationery. Cleared payment and approved artwork must be in by 09:00 on a business day, and same-day orders are collection only from Rivonia.
What files should I send?
Send PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG files, with 3 mm bleed on printed items. We send a digital proof before production. If you don't have artwork, tick "design it for me" or use the design services calculator.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Collection from our Rivonia store is free, delivery within 15 km of the store is free when the checkout confirms your address qualifies, and we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced by parcel weight.
Can I return printed items?
Personalised and printed items can't be returned unless they are faulty or the result of our error, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Please check your proof carefully, because once approved you are responsible for spelling and details.
Why might colours differ from my screen?
Screens display colour with light while print uses ink on paper, vinyl or fabric, so colours can differ slightly. Designing in CMYK and telling us your brand colours when you order helps us get as close as possible.
