An X-banner holds your print taut on a lightweight frame shaped like an X, with eyelets at each corner clipping onto the arms. It folds into a slim carry bag, weighs very little and stands on its own on any flat floor. That makes it popular for in-store promotions, sampling stands, school and church events, registration desks and anyone who needs a portable banner on a tighter budget than a pull-up.
X-banners are a quoted product. Request a quote with your quantity and artwork using the form on this page, or upload your list if you are rolling out banners to several branches or promoters. Your quote is emailed with Accept online and pay buttons; once you accept, the invoice is created and we move to your proof.

With cleared payment and approved press-ready artwork by 09:00 on a business day, we make a priority attempt to have your banner ready for collection at our Rivonia store that same day. Same-day is collection only and is a priority attempt, not a guarantee. If you need it tomorrow instead, ask about 24-hour printing.
Artwork tips
Place your logo near the top, your main message in the middle and a call to action or web address just below. Keep the corners clear, because eyelets are punched there. Send PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-res PNG/JPG files with 3 mm bleed. Our artwork guidelines explain the set-up, or tick the design option on your quote request and our team will build it for you.
Reprints and replacement prints
One advantage of an X-banner is that the frame can be reused. When a promotion ends, order a new print and clip it onto the frame you already have. Business customers can reorder from their portal, where previous quotes, invoices and statements are kept in one place.
Common questions
Is an X-banner suitable for outdoor use?
X-banners are designed for indoor floors and sheltered areas. Their light frame can tip in the wind. For outdoor use we suggest teardrop flags, telescopic flags or an A-frame sign, all of which are built to handle the weather better.
Can I order an X-banner for today?
X-banners are a same-day product. Pay and approve press-ready artwork by 09:00 on a business day and we make a priority attempt to have it ready for collection in Rivonia the same day. It is collection only.
Can I order just the print without a frame?
Yes. If you already own an X-banner frame, mention that on your quote request and give us the frame size. We will quote the print only so you can clip the new banner onto your existing stand.
Can you design the banner for me?
Yes. Our designers can prepare your X-banner from your logo, photos and wording. You will receive a digital proof to approve before printing, and design pricing is shown on our Design Services page.
