Same-day orders are collected from our Rivonia store and are a priority attempt, not a guarantee. 24-hour printing is available on many products, confirmed at checkout.
Common questions
Can we order the same promotion for several stores?
Yes. Send one list with quantities per store through upload your list, and we will quote the full rollout. We courier nationwide with The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced by parcel weight at checkout.
Do you print product labels on rolls or sheets?
Tell us how the labels will be applied — by hand or machine — along with the size, shape and quantity, and we will advise when we quote. Request a quote on the product labels page, or use the instant calculator on labels and stickers.
Can you install window graphics?
Request a quote on the window graphics page with your window measurements, photos of the shopfront and artwork. We will confirm what is included and the turnaround on the quote.
How do retail accounts work?
Business customers get a portal with quotes, invoices, statements and reorders. Quotes are emailed with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting a quote creates the invoice, so head office and store managers can see what was ordered and when.
Can you match our franchise brand guidelines?
Yes. Send the brand guide and vector artwork in PDF, AI, EPS or SVG, and we will work to the specified colours and layouts. Colour on screen and in print can differ slightly, so every job gets a digital proof for approval before production.
