Posters are among the most-printed items at Rush My Prints, and the reason is simple: they work. A strong poster on a shop window, a notice board, a lamp post or a school corridor gets an event, special or message seen by everyone walking past. Use the calculator on this page to choose your size, paper and quantity, and see the instant price excl. VAT before you upload a thing.
Posters are a same-day product. With cleared payment and approved press-ready artwork by 09:00 on a business day, we make a priority attempt to have your posters ready for collection at our Rivonia store that day. Same-day orders are collection only. Many products, posters included, can also be ordered as 24-hour printing, confirmed at checkout.

Designing a poster that reads from a distance
Most people glance at a poster for a second or two. Keep the headline short and large, put the date, place and contact detail where the eye lands next, and use strong contrast between text and background. Send a PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG with 3 mm bleed. If you would like a hand, our design services team can create it, and the artwork guidelines explain resolution for larger sizes.
Bigger, tougher or for a campaign?
For wall-sized prints, see large posters A0 and A1. Election and community campaigns have their own page, election posters, and for outdoor use a correx board or PVC banner stands up to weather better than paper.
Collection and delivery
Collect free from our Rivonia store, or get free delivery within 15 km of the store if the checkout confirms your address qualifies. We courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced by parcel weight at checkout.
Common questions
Can I get posters printed today?
Posters are a same-day product. Pay and approve your press-ready artwork by 09:00 on a business day and we make a priority attempt to have them ready for collection in Rivonia that day. Same-day is not guaranteed and is collection only.
What resolution should my poster file be?
Images should be high resolution at the size they will print. Small web images look blurry when enlarged. A vector PDF, AI, EPS or SVG is ideal. Our artwork guidelines explain how to check before you upload.
Can I put paper posters outside?
Paper posters are designed for indoor or sheltered display and will not last long in rain and sun. For outdoor use, look at correx boards, PVC banners or our election posters page, which covers campaign options.
Can I order one single poster?
Yes. Set the quantity in the calculator to see the price for a single poster or for larger runs, and compare how the unit price changes as the quantity grows. Same-day and 24-hour options still apply to small runs.
