Getting names right
Spelling mistakes on a certificate are the one thing recipients notice. Use a spreadsheet with one name per row and check it with the person who knows the recipients best. We send a digital proof showing how names fit the design. Once you approve it, spelling is your responsibility, so read every line before you accept.
If you need extra copies later, for example for late registrations, send the additional names and we print them to match the original run.
Design and finishing
Our design services team can create a certificate with your logo, borders, seals and signature lines. If you already have artwork, send it as PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG. Paying and collecting
Your quote arrives by email with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates the invoice. Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address. Further afield, we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight.
Common questions
Can you print a different name on every certificate?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet or document with the names through our Upload Your List page, or attach it to the quote form. We merge the names into your design and send a proof before printing.
Can you add signatures?
Yes. Send a clear scan or photo of each signature on white paper and we place it on the design. Some people prefer to sign by hand after printing; in that case we leave a signature line.
How long does certificate printing take?
It depends on the quantity, personalisation and finish, so turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Include your event date in the request so we can tell you what is achievable.
Do you design certificates?
Yes. Mention it in your quote request or price the work on our Design Services page. We create the layout with your logo and wording, and you approve a digital proof before production.
