A printed ticket controls entry, tracks sales and gives guests something to keep. School productions, church conferences, comedy nights, gospel concerts, sports days, gala dinners and community festivals all rely on them. Request a quote with your quantity, size and artwork using the form on this page, and we will email a formal quote with everything priced.
Tickets can be numbered in sequence and finished with a tear-off stub, which makes cash-ups and door checks far easier. Turnaround depends on the numbering and finishing and is confirmed on your quote. Your quote arrives by email with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates the invoice.
Ticket options to ask about
Tell us how the ticket will be sold and checked at the door, and we will suggest the right set-up.
- Sequential numbering on the ticket and stub
- Perforated tear-off stubs
- Different colours or designs for VIP and general entry
- Seat, row or table numbers
- Terms and conditions on the back
Designing your ticket
Put the event name, date, time and venue where they are easy to find. Add the price category if you have more than one, and a contact or website for queries. A strong background colour or pattern makes the ticket harder to copy at home. Our design services team can create the ticket from your event poster so everything matches, and you approve a digital proof before production.
If you sell tickets at several outlets, ask for a different number range or colour per outlet so sales are easy to track.
Promote the event too
Most events need more than tickets. Order matching posters and flyers to sell the event, a pull-up banner for the entrance, and event T-shirts for the crew. See our events and conferences page for more ideas, or send everything in one go through upload your list.
Collection and delivery
Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address. Further afield, we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight.
Common questions
Can you number each ticket?
Yes. Give us the starting and ending numbers in your quote request. Numbers can appear on both the ticket and its stub, which makes it simple to reconcile sales after the event. Business customers can reorder later and continue the numbering from where the last run ended.
Can tickets have a tear-off stub?
Yes. Ask for perforation in your quote request. The stub stays with the seller or door staff as a record, and the guest keeps the main ticket. The stub can carry the same number as the ticket for easy checking at the door.
Can I have VIP and general tickets in one order?
Yes. Send the quantities for each category and the design differences, such as colour or wording. We quote them together and send a proof of each version for approval. Different colours make them easy to tell apart.
How long does ticket printing take?
It depends on the quantity, numbering and finishing, so turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Include your sale start date in the request so the tickets arrive in time to sell.
Do you print raffle tickets too?
Yes. Raffle tickets have their own page with the details that matter for draws, such as counterfoils and book binding. You can quote raffle and entry tickets together in one request.
