Plan ahead for year-end

Preparing your calendar
A good calendar has one strong image or message per month and dates that are easy to read.
- Choose 12 or 13 images (with a cover) in high resolution
- Check the start month and year
- Confirm South African public holidays on the proof
- Add your logo and contact details on every page
- Leave writing space if people will make notes
Artwork and design
Send a print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed, or your photos and logo if you want us to lay it out. Our design services team can build the full calendar grid for you. Every order gets a digital proof before production; check the dates and holidays closely, as spelling and content are your responsibility once the proof is approved. Collection and delivery
Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address. Further afield, we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight.
Common questions
Can I use my own photos?
Yes. Use high-resolution photos so they look sharp at print size. Phone photos often work well if they are well lit and not cropped too tightly. Upload them with your order and tick "design it for me" if you need the layout done.
Can my calendar start in any month?
Yes. Tell us the start month in your order notes or design brief. Financial-year and school-year calendars are common, and we show the dates on the digital proof for you to check.
Do you add public holidays?
If we design your calendar, we include South African public holidays and show them on the proof. If you supply your own artwork, please check holidays yourself before uploading, as the content is your responsibility once approved.
How early should I order corporate calendars?
As early as you can, especially for year-end gifts. Gathering images and approving proofs takes time. Turnaround for your options is confirmed at checkout or on your quote, so plan your order around that.
Can I request a quote instead of paying online?
Yes. Choose your options in the calculator and request a formal quote. It is emailed with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates the invoice, which suits companies ordering calendars as client gifts.
