Our Rivonia store at Rivonia Central, Sandton is our collection point and is open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. Same-day orders are collected here, and you are welcome to pop in to collect any order once we let you know it is ready. Please wait for your ready notice before coming in.

If you are sending artwork, attach it in PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG format. A rough sketch or reference image is fine if you want us to design it for you.

Faster routes to an answer
For a price, try the instant quote page or print online. For several items at once, upload your list in Excel, Word, PDF or as a photo. To check progress on an order, use track my order with the order number and email from your confirmation.
Business hours and same-day cut-off
We work Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. For same-day printing, cleared payment and approved press-ready artwork must reach us by 09:00 on a business day. Messages received after hours are answered on the next business day.
Artwork and design questions
Check our artwork guidelines for file types and bleed. If you need a design from scratch, the design services page has its own calculator, or you can tick "design it for me" when you order a product.
Collection and delivery
Orders are collected free from our Rivonia store, or delivered free within 15 km of the store when the checkout confirms your address qualifies. Everywhere else, we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight. Full details are on delivery and collection.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00. Collections from our Rivonia store happen during these hours, and enquiries sent outside them, including on weekends and public holidays, are handled on the next business day.
Can I visit the store without an order?
You are welcome to visit our Rivonia store at Rivonia Central, Sandton during business hours. For the quickest service, place your order online first so it is printed and ready to collect when you arrive.
How do I get a quote quickly?
Use the instant price calculator on product pages where available. For other products, fill in the quote form on the product page with your quantity and artwork, or upload your list. Quotes are emailed with Accept online and pay buttons.
How do I check on my order?
Use the Track My Order page with the order number and email address from your order confirmation. We also email status updates as your order moves through proofing, production and dispatch or collection.
Can I change an order after I've paid?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes are usually possible before you approve the proof and production starts. Once a job is printing, changes may not be possible, and any reprint would be quoted separately.
