Designing the outside and inside
Folders are printed flat and then cut and folded, so artwork has to follow a template with fold, glue and pocket lines. Ask for the template when you order, or let our design services team set it up. Keep the front simple: logo, a short line and plenty of space. Contact details work well on the back. If you want business cards tucked inside, mention it so we can check the card slot position. Supply artwork as PDF, AI, EPS or SVG with 3 mm bleed; see the artwork guidelines.
What goes inside
A folder works best with matching contents. Popular combinations include letterheads for the cover letter, brochures or booklets for detail, and business cards for the follow-up. Event organisers add a printed programme, a name badge and a notepad to delegate packs.
Collection and delivery
Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address. Further afield, we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight.

Yes. Pick your options and quantity in the calculator and the price excl. VAT appears immediately. You only need artwork when you add the folders to your cart or request a formal quote.
Do you supply a folder template?
Yes. Folders need fold, pocket and glue lines in the right places, so we provide a template on request. If you would rather not deal with it, tick "design it for me" and our design team will set the file up.
Can business cards slot into the folder?
Where a card slot is offered for this product, it appears as an option in the calculator. Mention it in your order notes so we can confirm the position on your digital proof before production.
How quickly can folders be made?
Presentation folders involve printing, cutting and folding, so the turnaround is confirmed at checkout or on your quote. If you have a deadline for a pitch or conference, request a quote and include the date.
Can I order folders for several departments?
Yes. If departments need different inside content or quantities, send the breakdown through our Upload Your List page as an Excel, Word or PDF file or a photo. We quote everything together, and business customers can reorder from their portal.
