When the deadline is today, same-day printing puts your job in our priority queue. The rule is simple: cleared payment and approved, press-ready artwork must reach us by 09:00 on a business day. We then aim to have your order ready for collection from our Rivonia store, Rivonia Central, Sandton, the same day. Same-day is a priority attempt, not a guarantee, and same-day orders are collection only. That means we do everything we can to finish on time, but very large quantities, file problems or late approvals can push a job to the next day. If you are not sure your order will make it, ask us before you pay.

How to make the 09:00 cut-off
The cut-off covers both payment and artwork, so it helps to prepare in advance.
If your file isn't ready, a simple fix may still make the cut-off, but design work from scratch usually needs a longer turnaround.

Same-day orders are collected from our Rivonia store, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. We let you know when your order is ready. Same-day orders are not couriered; if you need delivery, choose a standard order and pick delivery at checkout. See delivery and collection.
Who uses same-day printing
Same-day printing is popular with people whose plans changed overnight: a pitch moved forward, an event needs extra signage, a campaign team needs posters for the weekend, or a new staff member starts tomorrow and needs business cards. Churches and schools use it for programmes and notices, and event teams use it for pull-up banners and crew T-shirts.
If you order the same items regularly, a business account lets you reorder past jobs from the portal, which saves time on the morning of a deadline. Larger quantities may need more time, so see bulk and corporate orders.

What is the same-day cut-off?
Cleared payment and approved, press-ready artwork must reach us by 09:00 on a business day. Orders received after 09:00, or with proofs still waiting for approval, move to the next business day or to the turnaround confirmed on your order.
Is same-day printing guaranteed?
No. Same-day is a priority attempt. We put your job at the front of the queue and aim to finish it the same day, but quantity, file problems or late approval can delay it. We tell you as soon as we know.
Can same-day orders be delivered?
No. Same-day orders are collection only from our Rivonia store in Sandton, during business hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. For delivery, choose a standard or 24-hour order instead.
Which T-shirts can be done same day?
DTF or vinyl printing on stock garments qualifies for same-day, subject to the 09:00 cut-off. Screen printing, sublimation and embroidered items are quoted, with the turnaround confirmed on the quote rather than offered same day.
Can I use the instant calculator for same-day?
Yes. Choose your product in the calculator on this page, select same-day where offered, upload artwork and pay online. Paying online by card or instant EFT is the quickest way to clear payment before 09:00.
