Designing a stand that works
Put your brand name and a short statement of what you do high up on the backdrop, where people can see it over the crowd. Keep detailed information for brochures and conversations. Use consistent colours across every piece so the stand reads as one. Send vector logos (PDF, AI, EPS or SVG) and high-res images, or let our design services team design the whole kit.
Show essentials

Timing and delivery
Exhibition kits are quoted products, so turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Send your request as early as possible with your show date and the organiser's stand rules. Collect free in Rivonia, get free delivery within 15 km of the store, or courier the kit to your venue anywhere in South Africa.
Common questions
What do you need to quote my exhibition stand?
Send the stand size, the show date, a list of the pieces you want and your logo and artwork. If the organiser has rules on heights or materials, include them. We will quote the full kit together.
Can I reuse the stand at other shows?
Yes. Portable frames, counters and banner stands are made to be reused. For future shows, you can reprint only the graphics if your message changes. Business customers can reorder from their portal.
Can you design the whole stand?
Yes. Our designers can create matching artwork for every piece, from the backdrop to the counter and banners. You approve a digital proof of each item before production. Design pricing is on our Design Services page.
Can you deliver to the exhibition venue?
Yes. We courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Aramex and others, priced at checkout by parcel weight. If the venue is within 15 km of our Rivonia store, delivery may be free; the checkout checks your address.
How do I accept and pay for my quote?
Your quote is emailed with an Accept online button and pay buttons for card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco. Accepting the quote creates your invoice. Business customers can also view quotes, invoices and statements, and reorder, in their portal.
