Rush My Prints prints custom T-shirts for businesses, events, schools, churches, clubs and campaigns. Our minimum order is 10 shirts, which keeps small runs practical for a team launch, a family reunion or a staff day. Pick from cotton tees in 160, 180, 250 and 300gsm, choose where the print goes and how big it should be, and the calculator works out your price excl. VAT straight away.
Once you're happy with the options, upload your artwork or tick "design it for me", then add the order to your cart and pay online by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco. If your finance team needs paperwork first, request a formal quote instead. It arrives by email with an Accept online button, and accepting it creates your invoice.
Which print method suits your order?
The method depends mainly on quantity and fabric. We match it to your order so the shirts look right and the cost makes sense.
- DTF printing, 10–999 shirts: full-colour prints with fine detail, gradients and photos, with no colour limit. See DTF printing.
- Screen printing, from 1 000 shirts: quoted on your design and colour count. See screen printing.
- Sublimation, polyester sportswear: all-over colour dyed into the fabric, quoted. See sublimation.
- Vinyl: clean single-colour names and numbers. See heat transfer vinyl.
Print positions and sizes
You can print on the front, back, left chest and sleeves, in sizes from A6 up to A2. A small left-chest logo with a large back print is a popular corporate layout, while event shirts often use a big front print. There is a set-up fee per print position, and the calculator adds it automatically, so the price you see already includes it.
Shirt weights explained
A 160gsm tee is light and cool, good for giveaways and hot outdoor events. 180gsm is a solid everyday weight. The heavier 250 and 300gsm shirts feel more substantial, hold their shape well and suit retail merchandise or uniforms that get worn often. If you're not sure, order one or two sizes up in weight for staff wear and keep the lighter shirts for once-off events.

Common questions
What is the minimum order for printed T-shirts?
The minimum is 10 shirts per order. You can mix sizes within that quantity, so a team of ten with different sizes still qualifies. Larger runs use the same calculator, and orders from 1 000 shirts move to screen printing, which we quote separately.
Can I see my artwork before the shirts are printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof for approval before production starts. Check spelling, colours and placement carefully, because once you approve the proof we print exactly what you signed off. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the printed shirt.
What file should I send?
PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files work best, and high-resolution PNG or JPG files are fine for DTF. A transparent background helps. If you only have a rough idea or a low-quality logo, tick "design it for me" and our design team will prepare it. See our artwork guidelines.
Can I print different names on each shirt?
Yes. Names and numbers are usually done in vinyl or DTF. Send your list with sizes and names using upload your list in Excel, Word, PDF or even a photo, and we'll quote it back to you.
How do I pay?
Add the order to your cart and pay online by card or instant EFT via PayFast or Yoco. Business customers can request a formal quote, accept it online and receive an invoice. See how to order for deposit rules on larger orders.
