Artwork that prints well
Send PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG files, with 3 mm bleed on printed items. Our artwork guidelines explain the details. Not sure your file is ready? We check it and send a proof first.
Common fixes include adding bleed, converting text to outlines and using images at full resolution. Small issues are flagged on your proof so you can approve or send a corrected file.
Fast options
Eligible products can be printed the same day when cleared payment and approved press-ready artwork are in by 09:00 on a business day, for collection in Rivonia. See same-day printing and 24-hour printing.
Same-day is a priority attempt, not a guarantee, and orders are collection only from Rivonia. Turnaround on everything else is confirmed on your order or quote.
Business ordering
Business customers get a portal with quotes, invoices, statements and reorders, so repeat jobs take a couple of clicks.
If you order regularly or in volume, see bulk and corporate orders, or upload your list to get several items quoted together.
Common questions
Do I need an account to print online?
You can check out with your details as a customer. Business customers can use the portal to see quotes, invoices and statements and to reorder past jobs without starting from scratch.
Which payment methods can I use?
Pay by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco at checkout. Both are processed online, so your payment clears quickly, which matters if you are aiming for same-day or 24-hour turnaround.
Will I see a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a digital proof for your approval before production. Please check spelling, details and layout carefully, because once you approve the proof you are responsible for its content.

On same-day products, yes, if cleared payment and approved press-ready artwork reach us by 09:00 on a business day. Same-day is a priority attempt and collection only from our Rivonia store.
