What to include in your quote request
The more detail you give, the more accurate the quote. If you are unsure about something, tell us what the brochure is for and we will suggest a sensible spec.

Brochure or booklet?
Folded brochures are made from a single sheet. Once you need more pages, a stapled booklet is usually the better choice, and booklets have an instant price calculator. Product ranges with many items may suit a catalogue, and board-level documents an annual report. Not sure which fits? Describe your content in the quote form and we will recommend a format.
Artwork, design and proofs
Send a PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG with 3 mm bleed. Fold positions matter, so set up panels to the correct widths or ask us for guidance. Our design services team can lay out the whole brochure. Every job gets a digital proof for approval before production, and once you approve it, spelling and content are your responsibility.
Turnaround and delivery
Turnaround is confirmed on your quote, based on the spec and quantity. Collection from our Rivonia store is free, delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and courier delivery is available nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced by parcel weight.

How do I accept the quote?

Yes. Mention it in your quote request or price the layout work on our Design Services page. We will send a digital proof for you to check and approve before anything goes to print.
How long will my brochures take?
