There are three ways to order from Rush My Prints. On products with an instant price calculator, choose your options and quantity, see the price excl. VAT, upload your artwork and pay online. On quoted products, use the quote form on the page with your quantity and artwork. For a mix of items, upload your list and we send one quote back.
Whichever route you choose, every job gets a digital proof before production, and nothing is printed until you approve it. Payment is online by card or instant EFT via PayFast or Yoco. Quotes arrive by email with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting a quote creates your invoice so production can be scheduled.
Step 1: Get your price
Use the calculator on product pages such as flyers, pull-up banners or T-shirt printing, or go straight to the instant quote page. For quoted products, complete the form on the product page, or upload your list in Excel, Word, PDF or as a photo.
Step 2: Send your artwork
Upload PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG files, with 3 mm bleed on printed items. Our artwork guidelines explain how to set up files. No artwork? Tick "design it for me" or use design services, which has its own calculator.
Step 3: Pay
Pay online by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco. Payment terms are based on order value:
- Orders under R5 000: pay in full before production
- Orders of R5 000 or more: pay a 65% deposit, or in full, before production
- Prices are excl. VAT; VAT is added at checkout and on invoices
- Business customers can view quotes, invoices and statements in their portal
Step 4: Approve your proof
We send a digital proof for approval. Check spelling, numbers, dates, colours and layout carefully. Once you approve the proof, you are responsible for its content, and production begins. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed result.
Step 5: Collect or receive delivery
Collect free from our Rivonia store, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, or choose delivery at checkout: free within 15 km of the store if your address qualifies, or courier nationwide priced by parcel weight. Common questions
Do I have to pay before you print?
Yes. Orders under R5 000 are paid in full before production. Orders of R5 000 or more need a 65% deposit, or full payment, before production starts. Payment is by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco.
When is the balance due on a deposit order?
The balance on a deposit order is due before your order is collected or dispatched. Your invoice shows the deposit paid and the amount outstanding, and business customers can see it in their portal.
Can I accept a quote online?
Yes. Every quote is emailed with Accept online and pay buttons. Accepting the quote creates your invoice, and production is scheduled once the required payment and approved artwork are received.
What if I spot a mistake on my proof?
Reply with your changes before approving and we will send an updated proof. Once a proof is approved and the job is printed, corrections would need a reprint, which is charged as a new order.
How do I know when my order is ready?
We email status updates as your order moves through production. You can also check the Track My Order page with the order number and email address from your order confirmation.
