Writing a leaflet people keep
Lead with the one thing the reader must know, then the details. Use short headings, a clear phone number or web address, and a map or directions if people need to find you. Artwork and proofs
Send a PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG with 3 mm bleed. For folded leaflets, place each panel carefully so text does not sit on a fold. We send a digital proof before production, and you approve it before we print. See our artwork guidelines for templates and tips.
Collection, delivery and reorders
Collect free from our Rivonia store, or let the checkout check whether you fall inside the free 15 km delivery radius. Everyone else can choose a courier at checkout, priced by parcel weight. Business customers can reorder from their portal when stock runs low, and anyone with a long product list can send it through upload your list.

What is the difference between a leaflet and a flyer?
The terms overlap. We use "flyer" for quick promotional pieces and "leaflet" for sheets carrying more information, often folded. Both are priced instantly on their own pages, so pick whichever product's options suit your design.
Can leaflets be printed in 24 hours?
24-hour printing is available on many products, and the checkout or your quote confirms whether it applies to the leaflet options you have chosen. If you need them sooner, our same-day flyers may be a better fit.
Can you fold the leaflets for me?
Where folding is offered for this product, it appears as an option in the calculator and is included in the price shown. Set up your artwork in panels so that no important text falls on a fold line.
Can I request a quote instead of paying now?
Yes. Choose your options and request a formal quote. It is emailed to you with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates your invoice so your accounts team can process payment.
