Artwork tips
The printable area on a lanyard is long and narrow, so a horizontal logo or short text works best. Repeat it along the strap so it's visible whichever way the lanyard twists. Lanyards are often one of the last items organisers think about, but they're needed on the first morning of an event. Confirm your colours and roles early so there is time for the proof and production.
Turnaround depends on the lanyard type and quantity and is confirmed on your quote, so order well before your event date. Collect free from our Rivonia store, get free delivery within 15 km of the store (the checkout checks your address), or choose courier delivery anywhere in South Africa through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced by parcel weight.
Common questions
What are breakaway lanyards?
Breakaway lanyards have a safety clip at the back of the neck that releases if the strap is pulled hard. They're recommended for schools, hospitals, factories and anywhere a lanyard could catch on equipment.
Can I print both sides of the lanyard?
Yes, double-sided printing is available on many lanyard types, so your logo shows whichever way the strap turns. Mention it on your quote request and we'll include it. If anything is unclear, mention it on your quote request and we'll advise.
Do you supply the ID card holders?
We can quote lanyards with clips suited to card holders and badge pouches. Tell us what you'll attach, such as an access card or a printed name badge, and we'll suggest the right fitting.
