An election campaign runs on visibility. Voters need to see your face, your party colours and your message on lamp posts, at rallies, on doorsteps and on the backs of your volunteers. Rush My Prints handles the core campaign kit in one place, so your posters, pamphlets and shirts match and arrive together rather than from three different suppliers.
Many of our campaign products have an instant price calculator, so your campaign manager can check costs, upload artwork and pay online without waiting for a quote. For larger or mixed orders, upload your list and we will send back a formal quote you can accept online. Business and campaign accounts also get a portal with quotes, invoices, statements and quick reorders when the next wave of material is needed.
What campaigns typically print
Most campaigns start with posters and pamphlets, then add apparel and event branding as rallies and door-to-door work ramp up. A typical order list looks like this:
- Election posters for poles and community notice boards — see the instant price on the page
- Election pamphlets and flyers for door-to-door canvassing
- Election T-shirts, caps and bucket hats for volunteers and supporters
- Correx boards for weather-resistant roadside signs
- PVC banners, pull-up banners and teardrop flags for rallies and launch events
- Gazebos for registration drives and community meetings
Speed when the calendar is tight
Campaign timelines rarely leave room to spare. Posters, flyers, pull-up and PVC banners and DTF T-shirts on stock garments can qualify for same-day printing when payment has cleared and approved, press-ready artwork reaches us by 09:00 on a business day. Same-day orders are collected from our Rivonia store, and same-day is a priority attempt rather than a guarantee. 24-hour printing is available on many products, confirmed at checkout or on your quote.
Shirts for every volunteer
Election T-shirts start from a minimum of 10 shirts. We use DTF printing for 10 to 999 shirts in full colour, and screen printing from 1 000 shirts, which we quote. Cotton tees come in 160, 180, 250 and 300gsm, with print positions on the front, back, left chest and sleeves. Use the calculator on the election T-shirts page, or read more about screen printing for big rally runs.
Consistent artwork across every item
Send one set of artwork and we will apply it across posters, pamphlets and apparel so your logo and colours stay consistent. Supply PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG or JPG files with 3 mm bleed on printed items, and you will receive a digital proof before production. If your campaign needs artwork built from scratch, our design services are priced on the page. Check the artwork guidelines before you upload.
Common questions
Can we order election posters and T-shirts on one quote?
Yes. Use instant quote or upload your list with every item and quantity, and we will email one formal quote with Accept online and pay buttons. Accepting the quote creates the invoice so production can start.
Which campaign items can be printed same day?
Posters, flyers, pull-up, X and PVC banners, booklets and DTF T-shirts on stock garments can qualify, provided payment has cleared and approved artwork reaches us by 09:00 on a business day. Same-day orders are collection only from Rivonia and are a priority attempt, not a guarantee.
Do you deliver campaign material outside Gauteng?
Yes. We courier nationwide with The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight. Collection from our Rivonia store is free, and delivery within 15 km of the store is free where the checkout confirms your address.
What is the minimum order for election T-shirts?
The minimum is 10 shirts. DTF printing covers 10 to 999 shirts in full colour, and screen printing is quoted from 1 000 shirts. A set-up fee applies per print position, and the calculator on the election T-shirts page shows the price excl. VAT.
Which materials last outdoors on poles?
Correx boards are the usual choice for roadside and pole signs because they handle sun and rain far better than paper. For rally stages and fences, PVC or mesh banners work well. Tell us where the signs will hang and we can suggest a suitable material.
