Writing a pamphlet that gets read
Lead with the candidate's name and face, then three or four clear promises in plain language. Include the party or independent logo, how to contact the campaign and, where useful, voter registration or election-day information. Printing versions in the languages spoken in the ward helps the message land. Check facts and spelling on the proof; once approved, content is the campaign's responsibility.
A short call to action, such as where and when to vote, gives the reader something specific to do.
Organising by ward or branch

Can you print pamphlets in more than one language?
Yes. Supply the translated text for each version and tell us the quantity of each. We send a proof of every version, and the campaign checks the wording before approving.
Can I get pamphlets the same day?
Single-sheet flyers are a same-day product, subject to cleared payment and approved artwork by 09:00 on a business day, with collection in Rivonia. Folded pamphlets are quoted, and the turnaround is confirmed on the quote.
Do you design campaign pamphlets?
Yes. Send the candidate photo, logo and key messages, and our design team will lay out the pamphlet to match your posters and T-shirts. You approve a digital proof before production.
How do large campaign orders get paid?
Accept the emailed quote online to create the invoice. Larger orders follow our deposit rules, set out on the How to Order and Bulk and Corporate Orders pages. Production starts once payment is received.
Can you deliver to different branches?
We courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced by parcel weight. Tell us the branch addresses in your quote request and we will include delivery in the quote.
