Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

- Artwork, lists, images and text you upload

2. How we use it
We use your information to prepare quotes, process orders and payments, send proofs, order confirmations and status updates, arrange collection or delivery, provide the business portal, answer queries, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations. With your permission, we may send occasional news or offers, and you can opt out at any time using the link in the message.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to provide our service: payment providers PayFast or Yoco to process card and instant EFT payments; couriers such as The Courier Guy, Pudo, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi to deliver your order; and service providers who host our website and systems. Where appropriate, information may be shared within BoldMedia Group to support your order. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We expect everyone we share with to protect it.
4. Your artwork and uploads
Artwork and lists you upload are used only to quote and produce your order and to allow reorders. We don't use your designs for any other purpose without your permission. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not with us, when you pay online.
5. Security, retention, cookies and your rights
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, including record-keeping required by law. Our website uses cookies to make the cart and checkout work and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used; you can control cookies in your browser settings. Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to certain processing and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator. Common questions
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers needed to deliver our service, such as payment providers and couriers, or where the law requires it.
Do you store my card details?
When you pay online, you enter your card details with our payment provider, PayFast or Yoco, which processes the payment. We receive confirmation of payment and the details needed to match it to your order.
Can I ask you to delete my information?
Yes. Contact us using the details on our contact page. We will delete or de-identify your information where we can, but we may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for as long as the law requires.
Who sees the artwork I upload?
Your artwork is seen by our team to check, proof and produce your order. It is not used for any other purpose without your permission and is kept so that you can reorder the same job later.
