Election posters put a candidate's face and message on every street a voter drives down. Parties, independent candidates, ward councillor campaigns, student elections and community structures all need them, often in large numbers and to tight deadlines. The calculator on this page shows the poster options available and gives you an instant price excl. VAT, so campaign teams can budget before they order.
Upload your artwork or tick "design it for me", add to cart and pay by card or instant EFT through PayFast or Yoco. Campaign treasurers can request a formal quote; it arrives with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates the invoice. Many products can be done as 24-hour printing, confirmed at checkout.

Designing a poster voters remember
Drivers see a lamp-post poster for a moment, so keep it simple: a clear photo of the candidate, their name, the party or independent logo and one short message. Use strong contrast and large type. Check the ward number and spelling of the candidate's name carefully on the proof. Our design services team can create posters, pamphlets and T-shirts in one consistent look.
Paper or correx?
Paper posters suit indoor and sheltered display. For lamp posts and fences exposed to wind and rain, correx boards are tougher. Check your local municipality's rules on where and when posters may be put up and when they must come down; the campaign is responsible for placement and removal.
Everything for the campaign
Pair posters with election pamphlets for door-to-door work, election T-shirts for volunteers and gazebos for registration and rally points. Our election campaigns page brings it all together. Collection from our Rivonia store is free. Delivery is free within 15 km of the store, and the checkout checks your address. Further afield, we courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight.
Common questions
Can I see the price for a large poster run?
Yes. Change the quantity in the calculator and the price excl. VAT updates immediately, so you can compare campaign quantities. For very large or multi-item campaigns, request a formal quote or see our Bulk and Corporate Orders page.
Can election posters be printed quickly?
Posters are a same-day product, subject to cleared payment and approved artwork by 09:00 on a business day, with collection in Rivonia. 24-hour printing is available on many products, confirmed at checkout.
Do you design election posters?
Yes. Send a clear photo of the candidate, the logo and the message, and tick "design it for me" or price the work on our Design Services page. You approve a digital proof before printing.
Are paper posters suitable for lamp posts?
Paper is best for indoor or sheltered spots. Outdoors, wind and rain wear paper quickly, so many campaigns choose correx boards for lamp posts and fences. Both can be ordered with matching artwork.
Who is responsible for putting up and removing posters?
The campaign is. Municipalities set rules on poster placement and removal dates, so check with your local municipality before putting posters up. We print and supply them; we do not install them.
