A branded mug sits on a desk or kitchen counter and gets used every day, which keeps your logo in front of clients and staff long after an event ends. Mugs make practical corporate gifts, welcome gifts for new employees, conference giveaways, church and school fundraiser items, and merchandise for brands, podcasts and artists. Personalised photo mugs are also popular for celebrations and memorials.
We print mugs in full colour with your logo, message or photo. Request a quote with your quantity and artwork using the form on this page, or upload your list if every mug needs a different name. Your quote is emailed with Accept online and pay buttons, and accepting it creates your invoice.

How mugs are printed
Coated ceramic mugs are usually printed by sublimation, which bonds full-colour artwork into the special coating for a smooth, glossy finish. It handles logos, photos and gradients well. Designs can sit on one side, both sides or wrap around the mug. Tell us which layout you prefer when you request your quote.
Design tips
The printable area on a mug is curved, so keep important text away from the handle and the top and bottom edges. Wrap-around designs work best with a continuous pattern or a wide image. Send PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG files. If you'd like us to set up the design, see design services. You'll approve a digital proof before printing.
Make it part of a gift pack
Mugs pair well with notebooks, pens and water bottles in branded gift sets. See corporate gifts for year-end and client-gift ideas, and ask about packing items together when you request a quote.
Ordering, turnaround and delivery
For fundraisers and events, decide how many mugs of each design you need, and list them together on one quote request.
Turnaround depends on mug type and quantity, and it's confirmed on your quote. Mugs are packed carefully for transport. Collect free from our Rivonia store, get free delivery within 15 km of the store (the checkout checks your address), or choose courier delivery anywhere in South Africa through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex or Paxi, priced by parcel weight.
Common questions
Are printed mugs dishwasher safe?
Sublimated mugs hold up well to normal use. To keep the print looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend hand washing. Avoid harsh scourers on the printed area.
Can each mug have a different name?
Yes. Send a list of names with your quote request or through upload your list. Names are printed exactly as they appear on the approved proof, so check spelling carefully.
Can I print a photo on a mug?
Yes. Send the highest-resolution photo you have. Phone photos usually work if they're clear and well lit, but screenshots or heavily compressed images can print soft. We'll flag any quality concerns on the proof.
How do I order branded mugs?
Use the quote form on this page with your quantity, mug type and artwork, or upload your list. Accept the emailed quote online and pay to start production. You'll see everything on the digital proof before production starts.
