Designing a letterhead that works in the office
Keep your logo and contact block compact so there is space for the letter itself. Leave enough margin for office printers, which cannot print right to the edge, and check that registration numbers, VAT number and directors' names are correct. If you also need a version to type on, our design services team can supply a matching digital template alongside the print artwork.

Will printed letterheads go through my office printer?
Letterheads are printed to work in standard office printers. Mention in your quote request that you will print over them so we can advise on paper. Always test a few sheets before running a large batch.
Do you supply a Word template too?
If you need a typing template to match the printed letterhead, ask for it when you request your quote. Our design team can prepare one together with the print artwork, priced on the Design Services page.
