A festival or concert lives on its look. Posters build the buzz, tickets and lanyards control the gate, flags and banners turn an empty field into a venue, and merchandise keeps the event alive long after the last set. Rush My Prints prints the full range, so promoters and production teams can manage one supplier for marketing, site branding and merch.
Posters, flyers, event T-shirts, teardrop and telescopic flags and pull-up banners have an instant price calculator — choose options, upload artwork and pay online. Larger site items such as mesh banners, stage backdrops and gazebos are quoted: request a quote with your sizes and artwork, or upload your list for the full event.
Marketing the event
Before the gates open:
- Posters and large posters A0 and A1 for gig and festival promotion — see the instant price
- Flyers for street teams, campuses and partner venues
- Vinyl stickers for giveaways and street promotion
- Tickets with numbering for gate control
- Postcards for line-up announcements
Dressing the site
Large open-air sites need branding that stands up to wind and weather. Mesh banners on fences let air pass through, teardrop flags and telescopic flags mark entrances and stages, and media walls and backdrops frame the stage and VIP photo areas. Gazebos work for bars, ticketing and sponsor activations, while A-frame signs and correx boards handle directions, toilets and parking.
Crew, artist and access passes
Production teams need to be identifiable at a glance. Event T-shirts in different colours for crew, security and volunteers make roles clear, and reflective vests suit parking and traffic marshals. Lanyards with printed passes control backstage and VIP access.
Merchandise that sells
Event merch is both income and long-lasting marketing. Popular items are T-shirt printing with DTF for 10 to 999 shirts in full colour or screen printing quoted from 1 000 shirts, plus hoodies, bucket hats, caps, bandanas and tote bags. Cotton tees come in 160, 180, 250 and 300gsm, with print positions on the front, back, left chest and sleeves.
Last-minute line-up changes
Posters, flyers, pull-up, X and PVC banners and DTF T-shirts on stock garments can qualify for same-day printing when payment has cleared and approved artwork reaches us by 09:00 on a business day, for collection from our Rivonia store. Same-day is a priority attempt, not a guarantee. 24-hour printing covers many other products, confirmed at checkout or on your quote.
Common questions
Can tickets be numbered?
Yes. Request a quote on the tickets page with your design, quantity and numbering range. Numbered tickets with a tear-off stub help with gate control and reconciliation. You will receive a digital proof before production.
Which banners work best outdoors?
Mesh banners suit fences and scaffolding in windy sites because air passes through them. PVC banners work well on walls and stage fronts. Flags are quick to set up and move. Tell us the site layout and we can suggest a mix.
How many merch shirts can you print?
Shirts start at a minimum of 10. DTF printing handles 10 to 999 shirts in full colour, and screen printing is quoted from 1 000 shirts for bigger festival runs. A set-up fee applies per print position.
Can you deliver to a festival site outside Gauteng?
Yes. We courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced at checkout by parcel weight. Allow for courier transit when planning, and turnaround on quoted items is confirmed on your quote.
