Our bulk and corporate service gives you a formal quote for the whole job, emailed with Accept online and pay buttons, so approvals move quickly. Accepting the quote creates your invoice, and production is scheduled once the deposit and approved artwork are in.
Business customers get a portal with quotes, invoices, statements and reorders. That makes it simple to repeat a staff T-shirt order, restock business cards for a new hire or reorder campaign posters, without starting from scratch. You can also upload a list of everything you need in Excel, Word, PDF or as a photo and get one quote back.

T-shirts at volume
For 10 to 999 shirts we print full-colour DTF, which handles detailed logos and photos without extra colour costs. From 1 000 shirts we quote screen printing, which suits large runs of simpler designs. Polyester sportswear can be quoted for sublimation. Cotton tees are available in 160, 180, 250 and 300gsm, with a set-up fee per print position.
Payment terms
Payment terms are the same for every customer:
- Orders under R5 000: pay in full before production
- Orders of R5 000 or more: pay a 65% deposit, or in full, before production
- Balance due before collection or dispatch
- Pay online by card or instant EFT via PayFast or Yoco
Planning a large order
Large orders are scheduled once the deposit and approved proof are in, and turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Mention your deadline up front so we can tell you what is realistic. For delivery to several sites, list the addresses and we will include courier costs. Read our artwork guidelines so files are ready when you accept.

Common questions
Do bulk orders need a deposit?

What is the minimum for T-shirt orders?
The minimum is 10 shirts. DTF printing covers 10 to 999 shirts in full colour, screen printing is quoted from 1 000 shirts, and sublimation is quoted for polyester sportswear.
Can you deliver to several branches?
Yes. Give us the addresses and quantities per site, and we include courier costs on the quote. We courier nationwide through The Courier Guy, Pudo lockers, PostNet, Aramex and Paxi, priced by parcel weight.
Can we reorder easily?
Yes. Business customers can reorder previous jobs from the portal, which keeps the same specifications and artwork. If anything changes, such as names or dates, send updated artwork and we send a fresh proof.
